MINIMUM STAYS:
Campsites
--You may reserve spring, summer, and fall stays up to one year in
advance for stays of 2 nights or more. Holiday stays have 3 or 4
night minimums. In 2013, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day
are 3 nights, and July 4th is 4 nights.
Rental Units
--Spring and Fall Stays: Reserve up to one year in advance for stays
of 2 nights or more. Memorial Day and Columbus Day are 3 night
holidays.
--Summer Stays:
Before April 1st, for summer stays between June 30th and September
2nd, you may reserve one and two-room cabins either Sunday to Friday
or Sunday to Sunday, and trailers and lodges for stays of 3 nights
or more (4 nights on July 4th). Summer rental units stays booked
before April 1st cannot be held and shortened later on.
Starting April 1st, you can reserve cabins, trailers, and lodges for
summer stays of 2 nights or more (4 nights for July 4th, and 3
nights for Labor Day).
Sorry, there are no Saturday check-ins or check-outs
for summer rental units.
ADVANCE DEPOSITS:
Campsites require 2-night deposit, full payment for holidays. Rental Units:
2-night deposit.
FORM OF PAYMENTS:
Advance Deposits: VISA, MC, Amex, or Discover. Checks accepted if received at
least one month before check-in. On Arrival: VISA, MC, Amex, Discover or cash.
Balance due at check-in. $100 Rental unit security deposits are cash only.
CANCELLATIONS:
Refund less $10 service charge with at least 7 nights notice. One
year credit less $20 for cancellations with 3-6 days notice. No refund/credit,
date change for 2 days notice or less, or due to weather,
no-shows or early check-out.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC
SITES OR RENTAL UNITS: We try to satisfy requests, but do
not guarantee specific numbers. Site/rental unit number given on
arrival only.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Campsites: In after 2 PM, out by 2 PM. Rental Units: In after 3 PM, out
by 12 noon. All check-ins must arrive Fri. nights before 11 PM, Sat.
before 9 PM, Sun-Thurs, before 8 PM.
MAXIMUM PERSONS:
Campsites: 6. Rental Units: 6. This includes all adults and children,
including babies. All rates include 2 adults and 2 children 3-17 years.
To have the maximum 6 persons there are extra charges.
FOR RENTAL UNITS
PLEASE BRING: Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, utensils,
pots and pans, plates (and camping stove to cook outside cabins).
RENTAL UNIT
SECURITY DEPOSIT: On arrival, $100 CASH only.
Returned at departure for clean, undamaged unit.
General Information
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Available in 4 lodges, 1 tent area bathhouse,
pool area bathhouse,
spray pool and snack bar.
MOTORCYCLES, ROLLERSKATES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, and GOLFCARTS: Not permitted.
CAMPERS’ GUESTS: Must register at office and pay fee before entering
park, depart by 11 PM.
SPEED
LIMIT: 5 MPH at all times. Drive slowly in
our park!
QUIET
HOURS: 11 PM - 8 AM. No loud radios or disturbances at any time.
Children must be on-site by 10 PM and campfires out by 11:30
PM.
POOLS:
Adult must accompany children under 14. Bathing in suits only (no street
clothes). Whirlpool spa for adults 21+. Swim diapers required.
PETS: Two pets (cats or dogs only) per site in your tent or RV. Not permitted in or
outside rental units, recreation areas or pools. On short leash and
supervised at all times. Pit bulls, Rotweillers, Dobermans and other
guard/attack dogs not permitted (please ask).
